Activate Leadership exists to activate the leader within you. We believe that God has created each of us with a purpose, and that if we are learners, everyone can be a teacher. At Activate, our desire is to see you use the leadership potential God has placed within you in order to lead more people to life in Christ. We do this by creating environments and opportunities for leaders to share, engage, and learn from each other through roundtables, conferences, and other gatherings. Pastors and ministry leaders have shared experiences, challenges, and successes that form a special bond between them when they gather with a spirit of completion rather than competition, and our greatest hope is to connect leaders in order to see them learn from and encourage each other.
Activate was birthed from the heart of Next Level Church and Lead Pastor, Joshua Gagnon, who saw the spirit of competition and discouragement present in so many New England churches but believed that God's power could not be divided by state lines. Pastor Josh's desire to see a spiritual awakening in New England led to the realization that the rapid and overwhelming spread of the gospel would only happen when God's church united as one with a common purpose and goal of sharing his love with people far from him. Activate is the product of this dream - a chance for churches to work together to share the story of Jesus in a way no one church could ever do alone.
